- Effective Jan. 1, 2016, Ingredion is making two internal executive changes. James P. Zallie will become executive vice president, global specialties and president, Americas. Jorgen Kokke will take on the position of senior vice president and president, Asia Pacific and EMEA.
- Zallie is currently executive vice president, global specialties and president, North America and EMEA. In his new position, Zallie will lead the North America and South America regional businesses. Part of his job will be to align the operations to take advantage of emerging growth opportunities, he'll still head the company’s global specialties portfolio.
- Kokke is currently senior vice president and president, Asia Pacific.

Ingredion is bringing two highly experienced executives into positions that are important in helping the company achieve its 2019 goals. These goals include $8 billion in total sales, more than $2 billion in specialty sales, with an increased margin expansion of two points and low double-digit EPS growth.
