The sports nutrition food segment, which includes sports foods, drinks and supplements, is expected to grow 9.7% from the period 2015-2020, according to P&S Market Research. The expansion of sports nutrition into the mainstream features major drivers such increasing urbanization, a growing number of fitness centers and health clubs, and increasing health consciousness among consumers.
