Kraft's split with Mondelez left it in need of a restructuring without Oreo and other snack products, as it performed below expectations in the second quarter. The company recently relocated its Kool-Aid production from Mexico to Delaware, and with more changes likely on the horizon, Rovit's experience driving growth in the Planters unit will benefit his new positions.
