Yai’s Thai Closes Seed Investment Round with Atlas Capital Ventures
Yai’s Thai, the Denver-based food brand pioneering clean-label, easy-to-use Thai sauces and condiments, has announced the recent closing of a seed investment round with Atlas Capital Ventures. The capital will provide the brand with the resources needed to support its ongoing expansion, and continue to propel its success.

Yai’s Thai has seen a significant amount of growth since rebranding and launching its line of Thai Coconut Curries and Thai Almond Sauce in early 2017, with over 4000% growth in the past 12 months, according to SPINS.
Since their retail launch in 2016, co-founders Leland Copenhagen and Sarah Hughes have taken a boot-strapped approach to increasing velocities and distribution, which now sits at 2,500 doors. This new infusion of capital will help facilitate the support of current and upcoming retail placement, which the company expects to double by the end of 2018. The capital will also go towards expanding the team and operational infrastructure, scaling up e-commerce, and new SKU innovation.
