Each package has a "Sell by" date of May 13 to June 22, 2013, and bears the establishment number "EST. 8746A" inside the USDA mark of inspection with the exception of the ham packages which bear a "Sell by" date of May 13-July 1, the Tasso Pork packages which bear a "Sell by" date of May 13 to July 2 and the Ham Shanks packages which bear a "Sell by" date of May 13 to June 9. However, the packages are not expected to bear the information if they were sliced at the delis.
