• NutriFusion of Hilton Head, SC, makes an organic, non-GMO concentrated nutrient-rich food powder called GrandFusion. The production process involves freeze-drying fresh vegetables and fruits without synthetic additives, excipients, or preservatives. The process retains all the nutrients of the fresh produce. Food companies can add the powder to processed foods, beverages and supplements to enhance their nutritional value.
• Amazing Grains, a Canadian cereal supplier and mix blend food company, is using GrandFusion into the products the company supplies to food processors in North America.
• Food processors will use the Amazing Grains products as ingredients in private label foods such as breakfast cereals, muffins, grain blends, food bars, cookies, crackers, pita bread and chips, pizza, salad dressings, yogurt, and pet food snacks.

This announcement is another example of companies meeting the consumer demand for non-GMO products and clean labels, while providing real-food nutrition in food products. Earlier this year NutriFusion announced a similar partnership agreement with Beyond Meat, a developer of plant-based products that duplicate the taste and texture of meat.
