Maybe it's just us, but there seems to be something of a cinnamon flavor boom going on lately. Late last year, there was the cinnamon roll-flavored vodka collaboration between Pinnacle and Cinnabon — a combination we're not quite sold on. But these coffee cakes make sense, especially given the variety of cinnamon flavors available from ranges like Nestle's Coffee Mates.
