- The Gonzalez plant, which employs about 230 people, will close by the end of June. Work will shift to another facility in Marina, CA.
- Dole also said two unit chiefs were retiring, and promoted internal candidates to take the helm at both its Vegetable and Fresh Fruit North America divisions.
