- The Archer Daniels Midland Company opened the sweetener-producing piece of its first wholly owned food ingredient manufacturing complex in the country in Tianjin, China, according to a press release.
- The facility will also be able to make soluble fiber to add to many different foods and beverages.
- Ismael Roig, ADM vice president and president, Asia-Pacific, said the site will allow the company to help the country in terms of food safety and sustainability.
