With over 25 years of experience tracking consumer behaviors and food trends in the dairy industry, Donna will provide invaluable guidance to the student teams as they develop innovative ice cream concepts.
In addition to serving as a guest judge at the final event on May 30, Donna will host a webinar on March 13 alongside members of the Ever Fresh Fruit Company product development team. This session will provide participating teams with insights into ice cream trends and recent product innovations, offering inspiration as they craft their contest entries.
