Edward brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational efficiency in SaaS and high-growth companies.
As CFO at Meal Ticket, Edward will oversee the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations, supporting its rapid expansion and solidifying its position as an industry leader. Most recently, Edward served as Chief Financial Officer at Botkeeper, a VC-backed, leading AI bookkeeping platform, where he spearheaded financial strategies to support company growth and scale operations. Prior to that, Edward held key finance leadership roles at Intel and served as CFO of LogicMonitor (a PSG Portco, exited to Vista Equity) and MomentFeed, gaining extensive expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic planning. Edward holds an MBA from the University of Colorado-Boulder Leeds School of Business and BA from the UNH Paul College of Business and Economics.

New hires alongside Edward include Ryan Phillips, appointed as Executive Vice President of Operator Revenue. Ryan will be pivotal in overseeing all go-to-market (GTM) activities for the company's Restaurant Operator segment. His extensive background in revenue generation, operations, and strategic planning will significantly enhance Meal Ticket's market positioning, growth, and retention strategies. Ryan previously served as Interim Chief Revenue Officer at Momentive Software, where he led a transformative revision of GTM activities and played a critical role in steering the company towards long-term growth.
Jeff Marshall joins as Director of Strategic Partnerships, bringing over 15 years of experience in transforming business connections into substantial growth opportunities. He previously led the partner business development program at TouchBistro and is a recipient of the 2024 40 Under 40 award from the Electronic Transaction Association.
Matt Martini steps in as Head of Marketing, a seasoned restaurant technology marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience in strategic demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM). Matt specializes in crafting and executing high-impact, integrated marketing strategies that align and activate revenue teams to drive predictable sales pipeline growth.
