New Offering is Sustainably Sourced in Peru and Roasted in California
SAN FRANCISCO, November 12, 2019 – Oh My Green, a provider of healthy food and wellness services, today unveiled the company’s first branded beverage offering, Oh My Green Coffee. The organic coffee is now available to customers using the company’s nutrition offerings—micro-kitchen and culinary services. It comes in three distinct and delicious roasts including light, medium and dark, and will satisfy even the most ardent coffee gourmet.

Oh My Green’s coffee beans are sourced via a direct trade agreement that empowers living wages and healthy working conditions from Finca Churupampa, an organic coffee farm in Chirinos, Cajamarca, Peru. Operated by the Tocto Brothers, this family business is a leader in the sustainable coffee movement and incorporates regenerative farming practices into the growing process that are designed to improve the quality of the coffee and also reduce environmental impact. Finca Churupampa additionally provides education, export, and marketing services for hundreds of neighboring farmers, with the goal of championing the local community and sharing insights on sustainable practices.
Chirinos is located in the San Ignacio region of Peru, which is known for its majestic forests and proximity to the Andes Mountain Range. The region’s diverse microclimates and rich soil produce high quality, uniquely flavored coffee beans.
In addition to harvesting, selecting and processing only the best beans, Oh My Green roasts its coffee using time-honored techniques combined with state-of-the-art modern technology. The company roasts each order by hand in small batches using traditional drum systems. Each roast is computer-controlled for consistency. A three-stage particulate sorting and filtration system ensures quality. And everything is logged and coded for traceability.
