Production accidents happen, and there's little doubt that Pillsbury will get past this difficulty with little to no damage done to its reputation. Still, the recall could not have come at a worst time. Just days ago Pillsbury signed a deal to sell its warm cinnamon rolls through 7-Eleven retail stores.
