Dive Brief:

• Roba Dolce, a frozen dessert maker based in Pomona, N.Y., has teamed with Ocean Spray to create a line of co-branded sorbets and gelati using the grower co-op's fruits.
• The one-pint containers come in five flavors of sorbet and four types of gelato. Additional flavors are in development.
• The packaging gives primary placement to the well-known Ocean Spray logo, while the Roba Dolce logo appears at the top of the container, although in a smaller size.

This is a match made in heaven. We adore gelato and sorbet. We love grower co-operatives like Ocean Spray. Our only concern is that this partnership not do anything to hurt cranberry supplies for the holidays!
