Dive Insight:
Many could argue that West is the best marketing executive working today. She's been at the top of Mondelez's efforts during a time of tremendous innovation. She was the boss when the company built the real-time team that gave us the Oreo Super Bowl tweet and the decision to embed Twitter staffers. She was the boss as the company began testing a multiagency approach to marketing and advertising. She was the boss who brought real-time video capability to the brands.
No doubt she'll land another gig quickly, if she wants one.
