There are some interesting thing happening at Land O’Lakes as the company realigns production with its most profitable ventures.

The decision to cut off the production of Italian soft cheeses comes after the company struggled to boost sales for those products. And Land O' Lakes, which is the third-largest egg seller in the United States, has said it wants to sell the majority of that business as well.
