Here at Food Dive, we always enjoy combing through the endless amount of fun foodie news circling the Internet each week. In one of our newest series, we've picked some of the most interesting articles for you to enjoy. From new products to an alcohol delivery app, below are our favorite finds in this week's food news.

Some products that got us drooling included smoked chocolate chips, salmon hot dogs, and a specialty bacon cheeseburger-flavored cheese.
Alcohol on Call: Now you don’t have to wait to pop that bottle of bubbly. New York-based wine and spirits app THIRSTIE has launched in Miami, extending its service to four U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.
High-end Vending: In its weekly Innovation Series, The Lempert Report highlighted some gourmet concept vending machines found around the world. Included is a pizza machine in Italy that kneads dough, and a caviar vending machine in Beverly Hills.
Glutinous and Good-for-you from General Mills: While we can’t explore every one of General Mill’s 150 new products launched this week, there are some that are worth a mention. Gluten-free Chex oatmeal, higher-protein Cheerios, and indulgent molten fudge cake-filled cookies answer consumers' growing need for higher protein and gluten-free foods, and indulgent snacks.
