Job Description

Summary:   Building upon our brand’s four consecutive years of triple digit growth, we are looking to bring in an exceptionally talent sales executive to lead the future growth of the fastest growing kombucha company in the US.

The Objective of this position is to grow our sales to 35M in 2018, 60M in 2019 and 100M in 2020.

We are looking for someone with a track record of selling and maintaining doors in multiple channels of business.  This includes implementing strategy, managing trade spend and working with marketing’s field and analytics team.

  • Strong passion for Kombucha and our company mission
  • A “Builder“— enjoys working in a dynamic early-stage company and has lead a company through exit
  • Experience building and implement sales systems across the entire sales team.
  • Relationships with brokers across multiple channels of business
  • Relationships with regional and national buyers of major chain and natural stores
  • Exceptional presentation and account management abilities
  • Cultural “fit”  who will thrive in a young, high growth, unstructured  company
  • Minimum 10 years experience selling food and/or beverage products into multiple channels
