- So Delicious, a fast-growing based in Eugene, OR, sells soy, almond, and cashew milks and frozen desserts competing against WhiteWave's Silk brand.
- So Delicious reported net sales of $115 million in the year ended June 30.

It was only last May that Dean Foods spun out WhiteWave as a separate company. And since then, WhiteWave has been moving fast. The So Delicious purchase comes just months after WhiteWave's $600 million purchase of Earthbound Farm.
