From a booth with a bed to Sexy Pop, Food Dive brings you the coolest of the 180,000 cool products making an appearance at the Summer Fancy Foods Show.
We recapped the show Monday and Tuesday, pointing out industry trends, educational sessions, and insights from show attendees to exhibitors.
But, here's what tempted, awakened, and astounded:
Nap time
… Well, not exactly. After seeing this booth on the first day at the show, we hunted it down come time to leave, to get a picture. The reasoning behind the bed? Chuao Chocolatier featured several breakfast-themed chocolates, so the bed — and exhibitors wearing pajamas — kept with the theme. While not quite a retail store format, this goes back to the idea of brand storytelling Kevin Kelley spoke about during the theater of retail session.
Have been looking for this booth to take a picture since I saw it yesterday #SFFS15 pic.twitter.com/r3N6gwWRoS

Sexy and they know it
Sexy Pop was founded by entrepreneur Robert Ehrlich — also the founder of Pirate’s Booty — in 2013. The name says it all, doesn’t it? One item that fascinated — Sexy Chips with a spinach and matcha tea flavor.
Meat head — err, man
Taking the meat snack craze to a new level, Perky Jerky man.
Giant snacks
This picture is deceiving. While it may look like a close-up of a table, that’s actually the show floor. So Nourish Snacks’ giant half-popped corn kernels were just that — giant.
Bonus item
Amid all the specialty coffee and teas exhibiting, one would think a trip to Starbucks wouldn’t be necessary. Think again.
