- Morton Salt Inc. announced that the company will move its Chicago headquarters to the new River Point tower still being built in the West Loop.
- Morton's 16-year lease agreement includes two of the tower's 52 floors and 52,600 square feet. In that space, Morton will bring together 300 employees from its headquarters along with 50 customer service center employees currently working out of Oak Brook, IL.
- The relocation is expected to take place in December 2016.

The new headquarters will complement the company's brand refresh in celebration of the iconic Morton Salt Girl's 100th birthday in 2014.
