Hall & Oates aren’t exactly thrilled with Brooklyn-based granola company Early Bird and its Haulin’ Oats brand, so much so that the duo is alleging trademark infringement. We’ll have to wait and see if their dreams will come true (yes, we said it).

Will there ever be a day where a brand doesn’t run into an ad campaign issue? Probably not. This week, Coca-Cola yanked a head-turning advertisement for Fanta, and a French “Say It With Nutella” promotion from parent Ferrero giving customers a chance to personalize jars to share on the Internet is blocking a number of phrases.
Remember that London, Ontario Kellogg plant that closed in December? Well, the last box of cereal made there found its way to a high school teacher’s home in Timmins, Ontario. Frosted Flakes really “are more than good,” after all, it seems.
