- The apple bags are the latest offering from Disney Consumer Products' "better for you" food initiative, which has been branding fruits and vegetables with Disney characters since 2006.
- The apples are rolling out nationwide following smaller efforts over the summer with Winn Dixie and Albertsons supermarkets.
