- The food manufacturer expects the plant will eventually employ 200 people. Amy's is also expanding capacity at its facility in Medford, OR, and earlier announced plans to build a plant in Goshen, NY.
- The announcement from Amy's is good news in Pocatello, and comes almost exactly a year after Heinz announced it was closing the facility.
